New fares for public transport from Saturday 5 January 2019

At the beginning of each year Transport Canberra revises its fares in line with inflation. Consistent with previous years, new public transport fares will take effect from Saturday 5 January 2019.

New bus fares from 20 January 2018

From Saturday 20 January 2018, fares for bus travel in the ACT will increase by up to 2.6 percent, with cash fares increasing between 10 and 20 cents. The free off-peak MyWay fare for concessions and seniors will continue until further notice.
