Busnerd

Not sure about 661 yet, depends who is there if we can open the gate, plus we'd have to borrow the trade plate and not sure if its running properly with the smoke and the fanbelt

Never Posted Saturdays:
311 (905)
311 (902) goes surprisingly well, didn't get over 50km/h on the 905 due to timings but there is no time to muck around on the 902

Today:
959 (313) great start to the school term, bus driver 1- Cyclist 0 (my best buddy the rude cyclist was not happy when 959 pulled up!)
490 (705)
384 (898)
946 (56) can confirm that is now a Tuggy Bus
321 (58)
408 (000)
408 (300)
408 (000)

Buzz Killington

lol @ the rude cyclist. What did he have to say when 959 pulled up?

348 for me today.

Snorzac

He just started complaining to the driver, he wasn't rude today, but one day when I was standing on the bus with an old lady I had a go at him because he was sitting in the priority seating and he called my school because I was been 'rude' to him. when I explained the full situation to the school they said I had done the right thing, called his workplace (another school) and complained.

Buzz Killington

Good to see they recognised you'd done the right thing. What a douche.

Yep, I lucked out on that one, left earlier than usual and glad I did! In fact, yesterday was pretty good. Got to ride all three of my favourite ACTION buses (not specifically those three, but the class they belong to) so I was happy.

Snorzac

I had a pretty good afternoon!

490 (319)
464 (315) that has had a tune up since I was last on it, it goes awesome as well, gearbox is tuned perfectly, John would be enthused
409 (313) after riding buses with beautiful ZF boxes all afternoon I am not impressed with voith!

if you read my Friday post.....

933 (313) running very late, even so, the driver decided to continue driving 20km/h under the speed limit, arriving at Cohen street almost 15 late!

I haven't seen any sign of the 313 all week, but a 300 seems to have been put on to run in its path - usually runs either directly in front of my No 7 or just behind it.

Snorzac

The 300 leaves at the same time as you. The 313 has been late all week. The driver seems to think that a 60 zone means he has to drive 40 even though he is running very late!

p_stampy

I didnt look the last couple of days, but I saw my 889 turning into belco on friday arvo :D

380 (not one I get very often - goes OK) doing 938N, 935S, 937 Loop, 980S, 980N, 900S.

Both 980s were surprisingly busy, mainly due to Civic shoppers, Kingston Depot Market, Fyshwick Market and Direct Factory Outlet especially....Fyshwick isn't the dead part of Canberra anymore on weekends....didn't get many punters for that Uni of Canberra show but the 900s were deluged.

991 (494) good bus, however a little jerky

Apparently the gearbox in 991 is fucked again, especially on the downchange....
