- It was transferred to ACTION from the Commonwealth Special Duty Fleet on 12 June 1980, to be used as a backup vehicle to BUS 407 (1) and BUS 408 (1) on the Tuggie Bus service, along with BUS 552 (1)
- It was initially registered as ZIE 539, and re-registered as ZIB-568.
- It was withdrawn in July 1981. Its next movements are unknown.
