Bus 979 was a Renault PR100.2
Notes
- Bus 979, along with Buses 977 & 978 were used on a trial of Diesohol (a mixture of Diesel and Ethanol).
- It was fitted with a Sportworks DL2 bike rack during March 2010.
- In July 2016, its Alcatel/STC Cannon flip-dot destination signs were replaced with Hanover LED equipment.
- Bus 979 was last in active service on 13 August 2024, but it remained at Tuggeranong Depot as a back-up bus until 30 August.
