Tram 017 is a Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles (CAF) Urbos 100 (3rd Generation) five-module 100% low floor bidirectional tram.

Notes

  • Tram 017 was transported from Santander, Spain aboard Höegh Trotter and arrived at Port Kembla on 22 July 2024.
  • Tram 017 is the first of five CAF Urbos 100 trams to be delivered for Stage 2A of the Canberra Light Rail.
  • It is fitted with on-board batteries, enabling it to operate wire-free for short distances.
