Notes
- It was first registered on 12 July 1989
- Its National Gallery 'Elvis Lives' all over advertisement was launched in August 1989.
- On 4 July 1992 it was transferred from Kingston Depot to Tuggeranong Depot.
- Bus 808 was fitted with a trial Alcatel Flipdot Destination Display
- This vehicle was reportedly popular with drivers (particularly the Elvis fans!)
- It was one of fifty ACTION Buses loaned to the Olympic Road Transport Authority (ORTA) during 2000 for the Sydney Olympics.
- Although Bus 808 is a Mk1 PR100.2, like other former AOAs, it was repainted into the Mk2 Livery when the AOA was removed.
- A combination of the Mk2 livery and Flipdot desto often lead people to mistake the vehicle for a Mk2. The side flip-dot display however was in the same place as the Mk1 roller, rather than built into the roofline.
- Bus 808 was withdrawn from service at Tuggeranong Depot in early January 2012
- It temporarily returned to service at Tuggeranong Depot between 1 February 2012 and 24 February 2012.
- It left Canberra on 1 March 2012 bound for Sims Metal in Sydney.
