- It was delivered on 13 February 1983
- This vehicle now operates for Cavanaughs, Kempsey. (MO 2723, Fleet Number 42)
- Prior to delivery to ACTION, Bus 616 toured New Zealand as a Demonstrator. It was then leased by ACTION to Brisbane City Council, where it operated as 998
