Network 2012 commenced on 28 May 2012. The most significant changes occurred in Gungahlin, including updated weekend services. Other changes included extension of 318 & 319 to Kippax and 4 to Canberra Hospital and Woden.
Qcity Transit (formerly Deane’s Buslines) operate services within the Queanbeyan region as well as connecting Queanbeyan to Canberra and Bungendore.
“Downtowner” was an inner-city bus loop which operated from 1991 until 1998.
The Tuggie Bus was a loop bus service, usually operated by Toyota Coasters, which serviced Kambah and Wanniassa. It ran from June 1980 until July 1981.
The School Student Transport Scheme briefly operated during 2001. It provided for free school bus travel and required additional buses due to new school routes.
Redex Route 727 (later Red Rapid 200) was a limited stop service that ran from Gungahlin to Kingston & Fyshwick via City.
It operated from November 2009 until April 2019.
Nightrider was a set of services which ran during the festive season. For a flat fare with no concessions, patrons could catch a bus home from the City Bus Station.

ACTION went back to the future in the mid 2000s, with flexible routes introduced after 7.30pm.
