The Retired ACT Transport Employees Club and Museum is located at 16 White Crescent, Campbell ACT. We are located close to St. Thomas More’s Primary School in the white ex-Public Works building.
Travelling by Bus?
ACTION provides daily bus services from the City Bus Station to Campbell.
- On weekdays, catch Route 9 from City Bus Station, Platform 9
- On weekends, catch Route 909 from City Bus Station, Platform 9

Traveling by car?
On Fairbairn Avenue turn at Truscott Street which turns into White Crescent. If coming from Anzac Parade or Constitution Avenue take Blamey Crescent and turn onto White Crescent. Directional signage has now been placed on Fairbairn Avenue as well as Blamey Crescent to point you in the right direction towards “RATEC”.
When are we open?
We are open to the public on the first Wednesday of every month from 10am till 2pm or by appointment. Please use the contact form to arrange a time to view the collection outside of our public open day.
How much does it cost to visit?
It is free to visit the clubhouse however we do ask for a gold coin donation at the door to help keep the club running.
Toilet, Kitchen (including microwave and fridge). Cans of soft drink are available for purchase.
