Children hurt in Transperth bus rollover in Wattle Grove
DOZENS of passengers, including children, have been injured after a Transperth bus rolled over in Wattle Grove. Around 25 people are thought to have been on the bus, including students from St Brigid's College in Lesmurdie.

PerthNow understands three of the children were taken to hospital, while around 10 other passengers received minor cuts and bruises. The school has been notified and staff are at the scene along with ambulances and other emergency vehicles.

The bus was travelling from Kalamunda to Perth and was driving down Crystal Brook Road. The accident occurred around 4pm at the intersection of Crystal Brook and Kelvin Roads. The bus is thought to have hit a light pole and a tree before rolling on to its side.


The cause of the accident is not yet known.
Police are on site investigating.
