My copy is framed in glass, so apologies for the dodgy picture that I've attached (full resolution one was too big even at 2.2 meg; hopefully it's enough to get the gist). I believe you can order copies from the NLA. In person, it's really interesting from local history point of view.

You are able to order different network maps through this website. Just take in mind that ACTION still holds the copyright's to the maps from 1962 to present.
I have been able to order the Network 1957 map, but I am waiting for permission from ACTION for the National Library to photocopy for me.
