noticed since new year that all that remains of the Interchange is the northbound downramp - the one that ran at the back of the layover..... I wondered if they might keep the ramp to serve some purpose in the new set-up. Time will tell.
I've been going up to belco a few times this new year to check what remains of the old interchange, its a pretty depressing site. Will have to take some pics next time i'm up there
