In the holidays canberra transport and I are planning to poke around on a couple of buses one day, morning or afternoon. Anyone interested in coming please post here and any drivers who want to catch up pleases list one of your runs here (privacy of coarse).
However it is still a work in progress and the list of routes and runs still has not been organized as I would like to see who would be intially interested.

Just to prevent constant post after post, you can edit your first one by using modify. A neat little tool to..... modify posts!

It's funny because five of the runs are done by the same driver. I can create a proper buspedition, I wouldn't call this that, I would just call it following a drivers shift for the day.

Well it is because this is the only drivers shift that I have and I don't know many of the members favourite runs. So would you mind helping or assisting in creating a proper buspedition. I need all the help I can get as Iam quite new to this scene. Thanks

Does this mean that drivers keep the same school holiday shift again?

What I mostly do is set out what routes I would like to catch for that day (we'll say 4,7,6,51,30) I'll then work out the timetables around them so that I have a few minutes in between. Of course it may not all work out (such as a recent one of mine when one bus was 15 minutes late) so then you check the timetables & see of you can catch your next route. You may end up an hour ahead of when you planned to finish or your buspedition was completely different to when you finished, but that's life.

Yes. Same shifts we've had since the September holidays. The same shifts were also used in the July hols but we picked again so some drivers changed shifts.

Current rumour is that the next spill is in October. New shifts will need to be ready for when the Cohen St extension and Mall bus station open.

I think Iam just going to cancel it, not  enough interest and have too many things to do.
