I read the notice on the window of the empty new unit at the charny shops. Right next to McDonald's...

Building for competition I guess???

Ok... So now it's subway?! It was subway before construction too!

Subway is in the newly completed building. Red rooster will be a seperate building behind the fitness centre according to the DA Bus 400 posted.
