Due to the height of the air con unit, this brings the dimensions of the bus to the same dimensions as a midi bus.

It isn't a midi bus though as that is based off length - not height. Otherwise by that logic, a MAN Gassie is bigger than an Artic...

My main intentions for riding 490 were not only to get an idea of the interior a little better than from KoBs photos, but also to notice any differences in the engine sound, seats, designs, and anything else that may aid my drawings - as I've officially added it to my 'bus drawing gift' (get them free while you can :P), collection. But mostly more to upgrade this v v                                           I'm happy now that I've ridden it, and not missed out :D

I also had a list of buses with me on which buses I had not yet ridden (excluding Iris, S-tag and Artics), managed 28 of the list 120 :D

Am I correct in guessing that at least one of those buses was actually a TARDIS - since that list could not be achieved without time travel either to the 1980-90s or to a few years in the future.

Sylvan Loves Buses

#3344
no, i did do it all within a 12 hour period, as you can see here.

although, if I did have a Tardis, I would travel back to Year 9, get my drivers licence training course that my school had, come back to now, and enlist to be an ACTION driver, cause I'm officially the right age

I did manage to finally snap some shots of AOA buses that I didn't have (many) photos of, so it wasn't just pointless travel.

Well 23 is still good, considering you take longer trips, than just going between bus stations.

After all the mayhem yesterday, I forgot to post my bus hopping trips I had yesterday, oops :popping:.

So anyway, yesterday, I was surprised how many I rode again, cause although it was a weekend timetable, I got many more than I expected.
And although there were those few bus spree times with those current dumbass times where all the routes leave at the same time (from Cohen) - somehow, I still didn't have to wait long between stops.

57 trips (may as well have been a weekday with that number :popping:), 5 more that I hadn't already ridden, 77 (lol) to go, till i hit my 200 to go mark.

As it was a bit more relaxing than any other bus hopping outting, I got some really constructive work done on my bus book during the day.
