Bus 400

Since 1894, horses have been taking passengers from Victor Harbour (in South Australia) to an island a few clickey clacks away. There are 4 horses that alternate trips,  here are a few photos.


At Victor Harbour before the horse switches ends.


Another one arriving at the Granite Island tram stop, you can see the bridge to Victor Harbour in the background.


As one leaves to return to Victor Harbour, you can see the Great Australian Bight in the background.

Going over the bridge on the top deck is a little nerve recking, but the detour is worth it
