Since the beginning of the year, huge amounts of soil have been dumped east of the Lathlain-Cohen T-intersection to carry the Cohen St extension and Westfield Bus Station....must be getting dumped there at night as I haven't seen much evidence of heavy trucking activity in that area by day.
