GOVERNMENT NOTICES
CANBERRA  CITY  OMNIBUS  SERVICE.
ADDITIONS TO TIMETABLE
THE following additions to the above timetable will be placed in operation commencing on Sunday, 7th April.
SUNDAYS ONLY
A bus will leave Causeway at 2.45 p.m. via No. 1 Route to Melbourne Avenue, meeting with the bus leaving Ainslie Terminus at 2.22 p.m., which arrives at Melbourne Avenue 2.57 p.m.; the bus leaves Melbourne Avenue at 2.57 p.m. for the Canberra Cemetery.
The bus will leave the Cemetery at 4.30 p.m. for the Causeway, connecting at Melbourne-Avenue at 4.44 p.m. for Ainslie.
MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS
Additional buses will run as follows:
Up Journeys: 
Giles Street 6.52 a.m. No. 1 Route to Hotel Canberra, connecting at Manuka and Hotel Canberra with the present 6.35 a.m. ex Molonglo No. 2 Route bus to Ainslie.
Causeway 5.10 p.m. No. 1 Route to Hotel Canberra.
Down Journeys:
Hotel Canberra 7.15 a.m.  No. 1 Route to Gilcs Street. This bus connects with the present 6.55 a.m. ex Ainslie Tot minus. Ainslie Terminus 5.10 p.m. No. 1 Route to Causeway.
WESTRIDGE SERVICE  -  MONDAY TO FRIDAYS.
Depart Kingston 10.55 a.m.
Depart Westridge 11.15 a.m. for Kingston.
Arrive Adelaide Avenue 11.26 a.m. x
Depart Kingston 1.25 p.m.
Depart Adelaide Avenue 1.36 p.m.*
Depart Westridge 1.50 p.m. for Kingston. '
x Change Adelaide Avenue for Ainslie. * Meets 1.11 p.m. bus ex Ainslie.

which Cemetery was classified as The Canberra Cemetery?

I'm pretty sure it was referring to what we now call the Woden Cemetery off Yamba Drive...

Would that mean that main building as you enter Woden Cemetery could of been a waiting shed? The few times I've been in it it partly looks like it.

Yes, am confident it was....although it would have been a multi-purpose facility. There are two ante rooms on either side of the waiting area; these were occupied by departmental administrative staff in the past (with the larger possibly also used for small gatherings in the distant past).

There are functioning toilets at the rear, still available to visitors. The only Canberra bus shelter equipped with toilets????
