6 Nations Rugby International, Ireland V Wales, Sunday 5th February

With Virgin/Emirates now providing direct interlined Canberra/Dublin services, why not take the train to the Ireland V Wales six Nations Rugby International in the Aviva Stadium on Sunday 5th February.  Kick off at 15.00hrs.  Direct train services from Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford to Dublin.

A special train will depart Galway at 10.05hrs. serving Athenry at 10.19hrs, Ballinasloe at 10.48hrs, Athlone at 11.06hrs, Tullamore at 11.31hrs arriving at Heuston Station at 12.45hrs.

Return trains to Galway depart Heuston Station at 18.45hrs and 20.30hrs.

Book online at www.irishrail.ie.

Tickets also available from local train stations.

We wish to advise supporters that they will not be allowed to board trains unless they are in possession of a valid train ticket.

I would take the train except I find rugby about as exciting as watching paint grow.

Agree with you 110% on that score. Rugby is THUGBY !

The Irish recognise that - they now play a variation on Australian Rules...
