* Bus 248 was acquired from J Bowden, Sydney, at time of 1974 vehicle shortage.  
* This bus was a MTT Perth bus which toured the Eastern States as a Mercedes demonstrator
* Previously operated for Pykes Tours, Sydney
* It operated a single service in Canberra on 28 July 1975: Route 16 Woden to City then route 42 City to Evatt. It was driven by a MTT driver with an ACTION driver acting as conductor and guide.
* The bus also visited Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide before returning to Perth and operating as fleet number 91.

UQB091 (WA) was a Mercedes-Benz O.305 demonstrator bus.

Notes

  • This bus was a MTT Perth bus which toured the Eastern States as a Mercedes demonstrator
  • It operated a single service in Canberra on 28 July 1975: Route 16 Woden to City then route 42 City to Evatt. It was driven by a MTT driver with an ACTION driver acting as conductor and guide.
