From Saturday 20 January 2018, fares for bus travel in the ACT will increase by up to 2.6 percent, with cash fares increasing between 10 and 20 cents. The free off-peak MyWay fare for concessions and seniors will continue until further notice.

Transport Canberra’s new bus timetable will start in October, introducing two new Rapid bus services, improving service times across the network, better aligning weekday and weekend services and providing better connections to meet the needs of our growing city.
Transport Canberra’s long awaited trial of alternative energy buses will commence next week.
ACT Transport Minister Meegan Fitzharris today revealed the two buses which will participate in the twelve month trial, a fully-electric BYD Toro bus supplied by Carbridge and a Volvo B5RLEH Hybrid.
